She built her foundation in the medical aesthetics industry by leading marketing at South Okanagan Laser & Skin, where she played a key role in scaling their digital presence and overall brand growth.
Before transitioning fully into marketing, Rochelle worked hands-on as a medical aesthetics technician. This experience gives her a unique, full-scope understanding of the industry, from treatment rooms to front desk operations to revenue-driving strategy.
